About

I am a 30 year old woman. I share my life, my love, my failures, my passion, and my faith.

I am a domestic violence survivor that has developed a passion for sharing my story in hopes to help others in similar situations. You can have a better life. You can take your power back. I am proof that life can be whatever you want it to be. It all starts with love.

I was diagnosed with Epilepsy in 2009 and I am just now comfortable sharing it with others as I realize the importance of putting a face on something in order to gain support. There is no cure for Epilepsy so be sure to join in and support even if you do not know someone with Epilepsy. After all, I was 23 when I was diagnosed. It can happen to anyone.

Working on strengthening my relationship with Christ because without him, I am nothing. The love from that relationship is stronger than any other love I have ever felt.

Living life on the edge is a sarcastic statement that I make all the time. Truth is, since the birth of my son I actually do very little to live said life on this imaginary edge. For example, pizza in the oven before it is pre-heated equals “living life on the edge”.

My blog title.. well, it’s stupid. Whatever, anyway. Lets all just see how this goes.

  1. 1. SIngle moms unite. (my blog isn’t quite updated, but I’ve been a single mom off and on now -with the same guy, her father- for quite sometime)
    2. I always place my food in the oven before it’s preheated, and I always feel like such a rebel.
    3. I secretly love that song, too!

    • Thank you! It is nice to find someone that I can relate to. I’ve just started blogging rather than writing my thoughts in a journal so you may have to give me some tips to improve. 🙂
